Chief Financial Officer
The Windham Foundation is seeking a Chief Financial Officer. It has approx. $50 mil. in assets and is the sole owner of several for profit businesses including Grafton Village Cheese Co. and The Old Tavern at Grafton. The CFO will oversee all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the organization in conjunction with the President, the board of the directors and the finance, audit and investment committees of the board. The person appointed will be a seasoned and mature leader with at least 10 years of finance experience. A min. of BS is required but an MBA is preferred.
