- The Jud Hartmann Gallery (843-2018) on Main Street boasts a limited edition of bronze sculptures entitled "The Woodland Tribes of the Northeast," along with oils, watercolors and pastels.

Head down Townshend Road and stop at the Nature Museum at Grafton. It's great for all ages and especially delightful for children (has fun gifts). Continue down the road to the Grafton Village Cheese Company retail store to sample and take home some award-winning handcrafted cheddar. Grafton Ponds Recreation Center's lodge features a retail area offering Ibex outerwear, perfect for layering up and keeping warm.
Or, take a detour down Pleasant Street and visit the Vermont Museum of Mining and Minerals (802-875-3562) to experience a beautiful collection of Vermont and other worldy minerals.
Antiquers have two local gems in Sylvan Hill Antiques (875-3954), offering English and American furniture, paintings and more, and Gathering Place Antiques (875-2309) offering country and period furniture accessories in a two-story barn. Both are located off Route 35 off/on Eastman Road.
